Santram Holidays is a Holiday Tour Operator form from New Delhi India, which offer holiday packages & car rental service. Below we have shared our terms and condition which implies on us.

• Santram Holidays is responsible to make sure that guests visit all the sites which they have been suggested in the mail, call or one on one meeting.
• Santram Holidays is responsible to make sure that guests have a comfortable trip in the cabs booked from them.
• Santram Holidays isn’t responsible for the entry tickets of any tourist attractions.
• Santram Holiday is responsible to make sure that all cabs offered by them have the proper paperwork.
• Santram Holidays do not offer any food or ask guests to dine at any food joint while a tour is in place.
• Santram Holidays does not suggest any shopping sites to their guests.
• Santram Holidays is responsible for communication between guest and our team which is on official number (mentioned in the website), email address or one on one meet at our office.
• All payments made to Santram Holidays should be made to Santram Holidays Bank A/C, and not to any other bank account. Our a/c details are A/C No: 0874102000010256, A/C Name: SANTRAM HOLIDAYS PRIVATE LIMITED and IFSC Code: IBKL0000874.
• All accommodation bookings made from Santram Holidays are of 3rd party (we do not own the accommodation site), thus any cancellation occur due to a reason isn’t a responsibility of Santram Holidays.
• If any tourist attractions is closed when our guest reach there, isn’t a responsibility of Santram Holidays.
